Updated : 2022-01-19

Huasheng Park of Huangpu district was selected among the 24 pilot parks in Guangzhou allowed for setting up tents for picnic, reading, painting, or other leisure activities.

Located at the foot of Huafeng Mountain, Huasheng Park boasts a secluded environment and picturesque sceneries. It features Woyun Lake, Bishui Pond, as well as the archaic Lingnan pavilions and corridors.

Huasheng Park in Yonghe sub-district welcomes guests to set up tents.

Visitor can set up medium and small-sized family tents of less than 5 square meters at designated areas. The height of the tents should not exceed 1.5 meters.

Meanwhile, the tents cannot be nailed into the lawns and cannot be totally enclosed so that patrol personnel can remind or help visitors in case of any safety hazards.

As the park was not built long ago, the trees are not tall enough to provide shade. Visitors are advised to apply sunscreen on their skin to avoid getting sunburned.

Xiangxue Park, Chuangxin Park, and Shiziling Park in Huangpu were also selected to be pilot parks.
