Experts at the Chinese Standardization Administration and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have confirmed the achievements of Guangzhou's Huangpu district in high-end equipment manufacturing (intelligent manufacturing) standardization pilot.

Since Huangpu began the pilot in 2018, it has taken the lead or taken part in the compilation of nine international standards, 115 national standards and 32 industrial standards. It has established a system that collects more than 3,000 standards covering the entire industrial chain.

In addition, Huangpu has established the first district-level international standardization expert studio in Guangdong province for high-end talent cultivation. So far, more than 200 people have participated in the training.

The district also has taken an active part in the construction of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Foshan-Dongguan intelligent equipment industrial cluster and the Guangzhou-Hong Kong Smart Manufacturing Cooperation Zone.
