2021 Huangpu Marathon postponed due to pandemic concerns

The 2021 Guangzhou Huangpu Marathon that was previously scheduled to be held on Dec 26 has been postponed, according to a public notice released by the event organizing committee on Dec 6.

The decision to postpone the event is intended to ensure the safety of runners, event staff and local residents due to the complex epidemic prevention and control conditions.

The rescheduled date for the event is pending until further notice.

A total of 20,000 runners from across the country attended the 2020 Guangzhou Huangpu Marathon.
