Slew of projects to invigorate Huangpu business circles

Fifteen agreements and framework agreements were signed recently to upgrade Huangpu Bay, Guangzhou Science City, China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (CSGKC) and Changzhou Island business circles in Guangzhou's Huangpu district.

A four-star Accor Mercure business hotel, a five-star White Swan Hotel and a yacht club will settle in the core area of the Huangpu Bay business circle. In addition, a series of culture and folk custom products will be developed to tap into the tourism potential along the golden coastline of the Pearl River.

Guangzhou Development District Investment Group will join hands with COFCO Corporation to upgrade the core area of the Guangzhou Science City business circle, which plans to bring in high-quality business complexes like Joy City, Joy Breeze and Shine Hills.

The CSGKC business circle will embrace a Ufun business complex that will have a floorage of 140,000 square meters and the Mustel Hotel, which is to be equipped with high-end facilities for conferences, catering and entertainment.

Moreover, the high-end LN Dongfang Hotel will settle on Changzhou Island to serve Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area tourists and businesspeople.
