Huangpu launches government service WeChat mini program

A "Huangpu Government Service Radar" WeChat mini program was launched on Oct 18, offering access to 1,921 district government service items.

The resources from 32 government departments, 220 government service venues, 86 government self-service terminals and 10 postal outlets have been brought together in the mini program.

Locals are now able to process their affairs online, at comprehensive service halls and at nearby service outlets or have working staff provide door-to-door service. The certificates can be claimed at service windows, at self-service terminals, or via free postal delivery.

A "Huangpu Government Service Radar" WeChat mini program is launched on Oct 18.

In addition, the location of the 316 government service outlets across the district can be found in the mini program. Locals can make reservations based on the number of people waiting in line and use the map to navigate to their destinations.

A total of 147 items can be processed instantly, the entire administrative examination and approval process of 41 enterprise-related items can be traced, and 164 varieties of electronic certificates will be available on the mini program.
