Huangpu, Singapore further cooperation to promote youth exchange

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed between Huangpu Youth Federation, China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Investment & Development, and Singapore People's Association Youth Movement (PAYM) on Sept 26 to promote the China-Singapore youth exchange from 2021 to 2026.

Guangzhou's Huangpu district and PAYM organized 107 China and Singapore youths to take part in exchange activities from 2014 and 2020 under the MOUs signed in 2013 and 2017.

The 2021 China-Singapore Youth Forum was also held after the online signing ceremony the same day. Eight youth from Huangpu Youth Federation and PAYM had discussions on epidemic prevention and control, innovation and entrepreneurship, volunteer service and grassroots community governance.
