Nucleic acid tests unnecessary for people traveling from low-risk areas to Guangdong

Starting from Aug 27, people traveling or returning to Guangdong province from domestic low-risk COVID-19 areas will no longer need to take nucleic acid tests, according to the Guangdong Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

Arrivals from medium- and high-risk areas as well as other key areas are still required to cooperate with corresponding health management measures, the provincial authority said.
