Procter & Gamble's new e-commerce package made its debut during the launching ceremony of the innovation center. The waterproof package is 100 percent recyclable, more than 50 percent lighter than traditional packages, and requires no additional carton or tape. Its airbag structure can better protect the products from damages.

In addition to its green package design and R&D, the innovation center will also focus on the use of renewable energy to reduce waste and emissions.

Procter & Gamble's roadmap for development over the next five year was released during the event. It shows that the company will carry out supply chain technology innovation in four major categories to provide more efficient, flexible, intelligent and environmentally friendly solutions for the new retail era, and offer consumers a better shopping experience.
