Huangpu, Qingyuan facilitate cross-city business registration

A cooperation agreement was signed between the market supervision bureaus of Guangzhou's Huangpu district and Qingyuan's Qingcheng district as well as Yingde county-level city and Fogang county to facilitate cross-city business registration procedures.

Applicants in Guangzhou and Qingyuan who want to start a business in each other's city can process their applications via online platforms or at local service windows that handle cross-city affairs. After the applicantion materials have been examined, applicants can obtain an electronic license online or claim a paper license via express delivery.

A cooperation agreement is signed between the market supervision bureaus of Guangzhou's Huangpu district and Qingyuan's Qingcheng district as well as Yingde county-level city and Fogang county to facilitate cross-city business registration procedures.

Huangpu is the bellwether of the integrated development of Guangzhou and Qingyuan. It plays an important role in the development and construction of Guangzhou-Qingyuan, Guangzhou-Yingde, and Guangzhou-Fogang industrial parks in the Guangzhou-Qingyuan Special Economic Cooperation Zone.

The signing of the cooperation agreement is a significant move for the business environment integration between Guangzhou and Qingyuan as requested by the Guangdong provincial Party committee and government.

The coverage of cross-city processing will be extended to more fields, including transport, industry and business environment, to boost the high-quality integrated development of Guangzhou and Qingyuan.
