POCT research center to be built on Guangzhou Intl Bio Island

An agreement was signed between Guangzhou Regenerative Medicine and Health Guangdong Laboratory (Bioland Laboratory) and Wondfo Biotech for the joint construction of a point-of-care testing technological transformation research center on Guangzhou International Bio Island.

The research center will focus on cutting-edge POCT technology, scientific and technological achievement transformation and talent cultivation. It will help Huangpu to become a benchmark in biomedical industrialization and increase China's biomedical development level based on the resources of Bioland Laboratory and Wondfo Biotech.

An agreement is signed between Bioland Laboratory and Wondfo Biotech to jointly establish a POCT technological transformation research center on Guangzhou International Bio Island.

Established on Dec 22, 2017, the Bioland Laboratory gathers many international top-tier experts for R&D on regenerative medicine, clinical renovation, biological information, biological safety and high-end biomedical equipment consumables.

Located in Guangzhou Science City, Wondfo Biotech is devoted to the R&D, production, sale and service of rapid dictation products for in vitro diagnosis. It is well versed in the POCT field and has developed nine technological platforms over nearly 30 years.
