Complex to be built atop Guangzhou Science City Metro Station

A complex of office areas and business facilities began construction above Guangzhou Science City Metro Station on Feb 21, with an investment of 2.72 billion yuan ($421 million).

With a gross floor area of 125,400 square meters, the complex will be comprised of stand-alone office buildings for enterprise headquarters, Grade-A office areas, and associated catering, leisure and entertainment facilities.

The project boasts an environmental focus and convenient transport links with Niujiaoling Park, as well as arterial roads such as Kexue and Kaitai avenues in the proximity.

Upon completion by the end of 2023, the complex is expected to become a new benchmark for high-end industrial development and services in Guangzhou Science City.
