Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy goes public on Shenzhen SME board

Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy was listed on the small and medium-sized enterprise board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on Jan 19.

The enterprise issued 750 million shares to raise funds for energy conservation, distributed photovoltaic energy management, biomass gasification heating and urban energy-saving lights projects, as well as to repay bank loans.

Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy is listed on the small and medium-sized enterprise board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on Jan 19.

Founded in 2010, Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy specializes in providing diagnosis, design, transformation, investment, operation and maintenance services related to saving energy. The listing will help the enterprise expand the scope of its business and improve its capital structure to realize further development.

There are currently 63 listed enterprises in Huangpu district. This number ranks first in Guangzhou and among national economic and technological development zones.
