Huangpu Library opens five new branches

Five new branches of Huangpu Library have opened recently.

With a floor area of 1,500 square meters, the SurExam Branch was jointly built by Huangpu Library and SurExam. It boasts 15,000 books covering biomedicine, art, and children's literature for residents and workers on Guangzhou International Bio Island. In addition to a reading area of 500 sq m, it also has a multifunctional auditorium and a coffee experience zone.

Located in Shapu Community, the Hongshan Street Branch features an ancient Lingnan (Cantonese) architectural style. It houses 15,000 books in a floor area of 500 sq m.

The Xinlong Town Branch on No 1 North Street, Zhongtai Tianjing Garden boasts a cozy environment and has 15,000 books spread over a floor area of 800 sq m.

The Yixiang Science and Technology Park Branch is located in Guangzhou Science City. Its first phase offers 15,000 books. It has a floor area of 1,000 sq m for reading, exchanges, and entertainment. 

Located at Zhixiang Apartment in China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, the Zhixiang Branch houses 15,000 books in a floor area of 500 sq m.
