Construction of the global digital manufacturing and industrial internet headquarters of Guangzhou MINO Equipment Co Ltd in Guangzhou's Huangpu district recently began.
With an investment of 600 million yuan ($92 million), the project will occupy 30,900 square meters east of Yunpu Fourth Road and north of Yuangang village. It will be built into a smart manufacturing demonstration base and an artificial intelligence technological center that integrates offices, R&D, and production.

Guangzhou MINO Equipment is a national high-tech enterprise that specializes in providing smart manufacturing solutions for sectors like the automobile, aviation, rail transport, and general industrial industries. Its smart manufacturing production lines have been provided to renowned auto manufacturers like BMW and Audi.
As of June, the enterprise had obtained 598 intellectual property rights, of which core intelligent equipment patents accounted for 48 percent. It had established China's first non-standard smart manufacturing equipment flexible assembly line, as well as an intelligent analysis and diagnosis platform for industrial big data of automobile production lines.
