Huangpu hosts China IC Manufacturing Annual Conference

The 23rd China IC Manufacturing Annual Conference & Guangdong IC Industry Development Forum takes place in Huangpu on Sept 17 and 18.

The 23rd China IC Manufacturing Annual Conference & Guangdong IC Industry Development Forum was held in Guangzhou's Huangpu district on Sept 17 and 18.

The annual conference was organized by the China Semiconductor Industry Association IC Design Branch under the guidance of the Electronic Information Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the China Semiconductor Industry Association.

More than 800 experts and scholars discussed the innovation, regional cooperation, and aggregated development of the IC industry at the forums, seminars, and roundtable discussions during the annual conference.

The launch ceremonies of Guangdong Intelligent Sensor Industrial Park, Guangdong IC Association, as well as the Guangdong Semiconductor and IC Industry Investment Fund were also held at the Guangdong IC Industry Development Forum.

In addition, Huangpu became the first district in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to release dedicated support polices for the intelligent sensor industry during the conference. The 20 measures will boost the industrialization of intelligent sensors through five aspects spanning innovation, leading enterprises, application, talents, and systems.
