Luogang Street Anti-drug Park opens in Huangpu

A corner of the art park themed around drug awareness on Luogang Street.

The art park themed around drug awareness on Luogang Street of Guangzhou's Huangpu district was opened to the public on July 16, serving as another anti-drug promotion and education base in the district.

A variety of interactive facilities have been set up in the park, allowing visitors to learn more about drug prohibition through interesting interactive activities like augmented reality games and theme graffiti.

"The park enjoys abundant education resources as it is close to several schools. It is expected that the student's extracurricular activities can be made full use of to carry out anti-drug education to students," said a police offer surnamed Liu from Huangpu.

The park has been divided into four areas with different functions, such as history review and education. 

The park will open to the public for free and various kinds of activities, such as volunteer services and promotions, will be organized regularly in the park.
