The ceremony, which set up two venues each in Huangpu district and Qingyuan, was carried out with the help of 5G video services.

As the main venue of the ceremony, China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (CSGKC) in Huangpu district welcomed 107 projects, with a total investment of about 165.3 billion yuan, while the remaining 35 projects settled down in Qingyuan, costing around 18.9 billion yuan.

The Guangdong industrial park for public health emergency supplies being built in Qingyuan is expected to cost 4.5 billion yuan in overall investment. The first phase of the industrial park has exceeded over 1 billion yuan in investment.

The industrial park has been designed to meet demands in the storage, distribution, production, and scientific research of public health emergency supplies in the province. It will also carry out cooperation with companies in Huangpu to quickly introduce relevant companies to settle down in the park.

Huangpu and Qingyuan will continue to make full use of their advantages to jointly build a modern economy system with strong competitiveness, accelerating the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
