Huangpu Library to resume operation

Huangpu Library will resume operation from April after being temporary closed due to the novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) outbreak.

Only visitors 14 years old and older are able to make online reservations to enter the library and the reservations should be made from 9 am to 9 pm one day prior to their visit or from 9 am to 4:30 pm on the day of their visit to the library.

People who want to visit Huangpu Library can scan the QR code and fill in the required information to make an online reservation.

Visitors should show their health QR code, Suikang code or Yuekang code, and their reservation codes when entering the library. Those driving to the library should show their codes before entering the parking area.

People with a history of travel to or residence from epidemic-stricken areas in China or from overseas areas, which haven't finish their 14-day quarantine at home or in designated venues are not allowed to enter the library.

To enter the library, all visitors must have their body temperature measured. People whose temperature surpasses 37.3 C or have apparent respiratory symptoms will be transferred to the outdoor temporary quarantine area before being taken to nearby designated hospitals for further treatment by epidemic prevention personnel.

Visitors are required to wear masks at all times in the library, and both eating and drinking are not allowed.
