Four coaches with 60 technicians from Hubei province arrives in Guangzhou's Huangpu district on March 20 after a nearly 20 hour drive.

All of the technicians work for Kingfa Sci and Tech Co Ltd, one of the major companies in Huangpu. Health screenings were offered for all passengers before their departure and medical staff members were on the coaches to provide health supervision during the whole journey.

"It was a long dream when thinking about the past days. We are all excited about being able to take charted buses back to Huangpu," said Lu Yang, a QC Inspector of the company.

All these staff members will have to abide by the regulations launched by Guangzhou, such as attending no gatherings within 14 days from their arrival in the city, to ensure public safety.

Companies and relevant workers will be able to receive subsidies in areas spanning transportation and medicine according to the preferential policies launched by Huangpu district.

Companies arranging charted buses or trains to help workers from other areas outside of Huangpu can receive a subsidy of 500 yuan ($70.46) for each worker transported. Companies offering nucleic acid testing for workers from hard-hit areas can receive a subsidy of 100 yuan for each worker.

Currently, more than 20,000 employees of Huangpu companies remain in Hubei. "We will arrange more charted trains and coaches to help these workers to resume work. Medical staff members will give health examinations for workers before departure to increase efficiency," said an official from the local human resources and social security bureau.
