Hengsha Shuxiang Street

Hengsha Shuxiang Street is a 260-meter street built in the Yuan dynasty, and rebuilt in the Daoguang, Xianfeng and Guangxu years of the Qing dynasty. It consists of 85 ancient houses. There are 53 private schools left over from the Qing dynasty, such as Rixin Private School, Yingshi Private School and Gongfu Private School, as well as Lingnan ancient buildings such as Luo's Ancestral Hall. Inside Fujuli there is Zhu's Ancestral Hall built to commemorate Zhu Cheng, the great-great-grandson of Zhu Xi, a scholar of the Song dynasty.
