Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao AI alliance headquarters in Huangpu

The inaugural meeting of the Artificial Intelligence Alliance of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the 2019 Artificial Industry Summit Forum were held in Huangpu district on Dec 29.

More than one hundred renowned experts, professors, entrepreneurs and journalists in the field of artificial intelligence from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao gathered at the meeting to seek common development.

The meeting marks the formal establishment of the alliance. With its headquarter set up in Huangpu, and joint headquarters respectively set up in Hong Kong and Macao, a collaborative development model is taking shape.

During the meeting, a signing and licensing activity for member units was held. The member units come from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and cover the fields of technology research and development, application services, incubation, finance and other AI specialties.

They said that they would actively use the platform role of the alliance to promote resource sharing and coordinated development among cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. In the future, the alliance will grow through cultivation of industrial ecological high-quality AI enterprises.
