1. Guangzhou Regenerative Medicine and Health Guangdong Laboratory (GRMH-GDL)

Guangzhou Regenerative Medicine and Health Guangdong Laboratory is one of the first of four provincial laboratories approved by the provincial government and targeted to become a national laboratory. It is involved in frontier research of stem cell and regenerative medicine theory and technology, building a high-level frontier research base for regenerative medicine and health, and becoming a clinical application base, a market transformation and industrialization base for research outcomes, and a high-level talent base.

2. Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (CSHL), USA

Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory is known as the world's life science shrine and "the cradle of molecular biology". It is ranked among the world’s top research institutes. The lab has signed a comprehensive memorandum of cooperation with the Guangzhou Development District (GDD) Administrative Committee to set up the Cold Spring Harbor (Guangzhou) Biomedical Industry Fund in GIBI, centering on investing in health subdivisions such as biomedicine and medical devices and services.

3. Guangdong Engineering Laboratory of Third Party Medical Inspection Technology Service

Guangzhou Kingmed Diagnostics Group was contracted to build a lab focused on international advanced biotechnology (early warning, accurate diagnosis, targeted therapy, and therapeutic monitoring) of blood diseases, genetic diseases and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disorders. The lab undertakes engineering and standardized studies and experiments in key and common technologies for third-party medical inspection technology services.

4. Guangdong Regional Cell Preparation Center

Approved collectively by the Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Guangdong Science and Technology Department, Health and Family Planning Commission of Guangdong Province, and Guangzhou Food and Drug Administration, the Guangdong (Saliai) Regional Cell Preparation Center is the first and largest provincial-level regional cell preparation center in Guangdong, and sets an example for the development of the stem cell industry in the province. It is accelerating the formation of regional clusters to build an outstanding stem cell industry ecosystem, and to boost the healthy growth of the industry. Situated in GIBI and Conghua Stem Cell Science and Technology Park, the center has a total planned area of 50,000 m2, including areas of regional integrated cell storage, a cell preparation center, a cell identification center, a cell 3D printing platform, and a multi-center experimental platform. It plans to build advanced world-level intelligent cell storage and automated cell preparation production workshop in a strict quality control and evaluation system, so as to achieve standardized preparation, scale production and personalized customization of various sources of tissues and various types of cells, and provide safe, effective, high quality, stable and traceable cell products for scientific research. Various clinical and scientific research needs can be met with its services and products such as cell separation, culture, inspection, identification, and cryopreservation.
